About Us

Re-Betchworth is a village-based network focused on improving our local ecology and environment and encouraging sustainable lifestyles.  

While we can each make changes as individuals, by working together in community we have the combined energy and wisdom to achieve much more… and have some fun doing it.

From modest beginnings in 2020 (see our story), the network has expanded as locals have become involved with one or other of our community initiatives.  In mid-2023 we won our category of the Surrey Wildlife Trust Community Champion Awards, one year after being granted charitable status.

Those leading the various initiatives, together with the charity trustees, form a management team which meets regularly to manage the continuing activities and plan further adventures in line with our mission.
