Betchworth Forest School - offering local children a fantastic opportunity to learn, explore, play and get down and dirty in the natural world. Book your child's place today!

Fully launched in April 2023, the school benefitted over 15 families in its first outing, with children enjoying a ‘magical secret wood’ in our village which provided a rich environment to watch the changes over the seasons in plant and insect life.  

They made creatures out of wood, cooked over the camp fire and generally had a lovely time in a wonderful natural space. Above all, children have been able to form curious, creative, informed and appreciative relationship with nature. And now our 2024 programme is well under way - booking open for May and June!

2024 programme dates
The programme runs from 2.00-4.00 on the first Saturday of each month from 6 April 2024 through the summer term. We're open to children aged between 5-10 years, from Betchworth and surrounding villages. Under 5’s are welcome if accompanied by an adult.  Cost - £15 per session.
